Keep a tight grip on them. If they know that if you go they go you will feel safer.
Are you afraid on a balcony? If not it should be no problem, you have a railing around you. You could also pay a bit of attention to how he drives it and how far away you can see.
I am an old scaffolder. (Kind of like Iron workers)
There is no shame in being a little bit afraid of heights.
It is that bit of fear that keeps us from getting too crazy a couple of hundred feet above ground.
Be aware that if your friend knows you are nervous they are likely to bounce the lift up and down to frighten you.
Remember what I said about the tight grip.
That would be the time to leave finger prints in his bones with it!
Have fun, those things are so safe, it is silly. You might even ask him or her to let you drive it a bit. (careful, the controls take a gentle touch and are jerky if you move the levers too fast, even I get nervous when being bounced around)
still afraid of height
Don’t look down
Quickly? Go sky diving. You’ll be so full of adrenoline youll say "fear? what fear?" The best way to get past a fear is to confront and face it head on-and dont close your eyes.
by climbing reall yhigh or google it
I know it sounds weird but sky diving or bungee jumping would probably help.
well there is no easy way to conquer you have to tell yourself that there is nothing to be afraid of because nothin will happen to me when i am up there, you also need to have a strong will power to help you while you are up there. other wise just dont look down
Why quickly?
Is there something you have to do soon. The only way to do it, is to have your family, friends, or whoevers with you help you though each task.
Fear of heights is psychological as well as physical. Don’t be proud tell people and ask them to help you through it.
Good luck.
