Fear is a negative thought. Specifically, the absence of a positive thought that will fill your mind. It is a blessing that our mind could only process a particular thought at a time, so that once you fill up your mind with other thoughts, the fear will be pushed out. On the practical side, the thing to do once fear shows up in your mind is to fill your minds with reassuring facts that will diminish the fear. It will be good to go to the root of such fear and once you exposed the nature or cause of it and you discover it is unfounded, the fear will be gone. Know the truth. Once it is gone, don’t let it have a space to come back to in your mind. Have your mind be occupied with positive and heartwarming thoughts. Bring back memories of your summer picnics, your first class prom, the first date with your loved one ..etc. Fear will never have a space to dwell in once there is no vacancy.

You use coping skills to face life. When you’re afraid of something, you can use coping skills, like:
-writing
-talking to a friend
-reading books
-do what’s best for you
-do what you like to do
-think about all the positive things in life!!!

You have to accept that life is not all positive. There ARE negative realities. You can’t run and hide from everything. Also, you must know that billions of people in the world survive everyday, and you are one of them. [;

By remaining fearless. Fear comes when one is not on right path.

Fear comes because of negative feeling like doubt, suspicion, etc. Fear comes when we do not have equal behavior with all. Fear comes when injustice is committed. Fear comes because of laziness and ignorance. Fear comes when there is no faith and belief.

By realizing all the things that haven’t happened to you.
And understanding the things that have happened to you
have made you stronger by knowing you can survive them.
