How does one conquer fear?

By facing it. When you find that nothing horrible is going to happen to you, then you won’t be afraid anymore.

wat i do is i go 4 watever it is! DEAD HEAD-ON!!! seriously we were at muir beach and i went climbing over ther (rock) well i had no ropes and i was climbing dis high a$$ rock bout 20 feet in da air wit no ropes i made it 2 da top o climbed down a little and i jumped off into the water!! just face it think u can do it

You cant conquer all your fears (like fear of loud sounds, heights). We have the impulse of fear to ensure our survival. But for some minor fears (like stage fright), You can conquer them by facing them head on. That is the best way after that you will be more and more desensitized to that kind of fear until its only minimal in levels.

It depends on the fear. If its about people then its realy hard. Here’s my advice. PRAY. Even if you dont believe in god or are religious or anything else. It works for fears and situations
