How to conquer my fear?

I really want to ask out this girl but i am very shy!
I get nervous just thinking about it!
How do i conquer my fear and ask out this girl?
And what do i say?

there is absolutely nothing to fear. she can only say no….. its the rejection you are afraid of. thats negative thinking.

think positively. stand tall and ask her out? or ask her what does she think of the idea……
be proud of who you are
be positive.

well just try to sit with her at lunch or somethign and start talking to her and her friends, you could even have your friends come with you if you are that shy. Bring up the movies and ask if she would want to go, or her and her friends and you and your friends (whatever one your more confertable with) if you both enjoy it at the movies it would be easy to ask her out a second time.
