if you want something to change badly enough it will change, because you will learn to conquer it. the answer you are looking for lies in your own mind…ask yourself am I happy the way that I am, or can I do better? if you want better, you will find a way to make it happen. sort your reasons for your fears and deal with them rationally, thinking things out is the only way to overcome a fear.
If it’s not as easy as to try new things and fail or not, there are other ways to conquer fears.
Actually there are many, but my favorite is to think about what the absolute worst thing that could happen if you were to fail. And what exactly does that really do to you. Most likely this fear is highly unlikely, and produces little damage.

accept that you fear failure - and try new things anyway.
