"You can conquer almost any fear if you will make up your mind to do so. For remember, fear doesn’t exist anywhere except in the mind." Is this true? Is this statement one of those "positive thinking" techniques for conquering your fear? I do not quite agree. Who said this?

I do not agree too.
Wish you luck.
In most cases yes, especially an irrational fear like spiders or heights.
i dont know who said it but i think youre right
Dale Carnegie. i agree with it very much.as to im scared of snakes its saying if i put my mind to getting over that fear it might work
I don’t know who said it but I do agree with it, totally.
Fear exists in your mind. It can cause physical reactions, of course, but it stems from your mind. And, it’s mind over matter. There are some very deep founded fears that people have, phobias or certain psychological disorders. Those are of course more serious than someone who’s scared of bungee jumping or something.
But, mostly, it only takes you pushing yourself past them.
I do not agree with that statement because there are so many phobias out there and some of them are so crazy it sounds like a joke and it’s like no one would be able to get over that cause it like never happens and Dale Carnegie said that
