They are saying the same thing. Obama says that we shouldn’t have to choose between our morals and values (liberty) and protecting our people (security).

Franklin says that those who choose to make that decision are unwise.

Edit: I am. I believe that it is possible to do what is right to defend this nation and uphold our liberties. Do you disagree?

The first guy is an idiot.

This is the SAME GUY who said 1 year ago we should NOT be reading Miranda to terrorists and treating them the same as a shop lifter. TODAY…. the opposite is exactly what he believes.

WHAT MORON would still believe ANYTHING that comes out of Obama’s mouth? How many times does he have to demonstrate his LACK of character before we treat him for what he is???

If politics were "underwear"….. Obama is the skid mark in the back, and Pelosi is the "clitty litter" in the crotch.

Both quotes have merit. It all comes down to having to do what will achieve the greatest good for the greatest number of people. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, but the few can’t be ignored.

Franklin

It’s not the last straw that breaks the camels back, rather the idea that its back wont be broken by straw.
