Who said: “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful…”?

by FearLessDoMore on December 28, 2009

The whold quote is: "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It’s our light, not your darkness that most frightens us. As we liberate from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."

It was Marianne Williamson. I had the same question so I researched it a little bit. This quote is often attributed to Nelson Mandela and Marianne Williamson. So here are some things I found. I hope this helps.
