Who said the following quotes (originally)?

by FearLessDoMore on January 20, 2010

"The only thing we have to fear is fear itself."

"Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." (was this a JFK original, or was he quoting someone else?)

"And I say segregation now, segregation tomorrow and segregation forever."

"Today is the day. Today is D-Day."
"We have met the worst of humanity with the best of humanity."
I’m thinking the last one is either Dwight Eisenhower or Winston Churchill. It was announced on the BBC in WWII.

1. FDR

2. JFK’s the original speaker, I believe.

3. George Wallace

4. I think it’s Eisenhower. It would make sense that it’s him. But I’m not 100% sure.

5. Rudy Giuliani said it in a 9-11 speech. But I’m not sure if he’s the orginal speaker.
